Next to each country we have listed, in order, the international
country code followed by the international access code (also known as the international dialing code). The number
next to a city is the city code. City codes are not needed wherever
an asterisk appears.
How to place an international phone call:
Dial the International Access Code of the country from
which you're calling + the International Country Code of
the country you wish to call + the City Code for the Destination
City (when applicable) + the local telephone number you
wish to reach. After dialing an international call, allow at least
45 seconds for the ringing to begin.
